Otay is a small iOS app made carefully. Use it in good faith, don't abuse it. We provide it as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

No liability for data loss

Your data lives in your iCloud. If iCloud fails or your memories become inaccessible, Otay is not responsible. Keep your own backups if the data is important to you — iOS makes that easy.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be announced on otay.app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.

Acceptable use

Don't try to reverse-engineer or abuse the app. Respect your partner — Otay is built around trust between two people, and we take reports of harassment seriously.
