Otay is free to download and free to use every day. Otay Premium is an optional subscription that keeps your whole story and opens the full studio, and one subscription covers both partners.

One subscription, both of you
Premium belongs to your pair, not to one phone. When either partner subscribes, both of you get every Premium feature, and the other partner does not pay anything.

The App Store shows the price of Otay Premium for your country before you pay, and prices can vary by region. You can see the current plans on Otay’s App Store page under In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically until you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Coins, the optional extra
Coins dress your two characters in hats, glasses, shirts and accessories. Every quest earns coins, and a missed day never takes any away. If you want something sooner, coin packs are sold as one time purchases in the app. Coins are never needed to use the journal.
Cancelling
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Otay and cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the free plan shows your last 30 days (and always your newest 15 memories); older memories are locked, never deleted, and open again whenever either of you subscribes. You can save any memory to your photo library at any time, on either plan.
